Golden Nectar Sour Cherry is a saffron botanical concentrate built on sour cherry syrup, lifted with pussy willow and ground dried lemon. Deep, tart and softly floral, with 2,000 mg of pure ground saffron in every bottle. One tablespoon turns sparkling water, iced tea, coffee or a mocktail into a jewel-red pour.

Saffron: hand-harvested, whole stigma, ground. Not an extract, not a flavouring. 2,000 mg per bottle, about 60 mg per serving.

How to use

Shake well. Mix 1 Tbsp (15 mL) with cold water, sparkling water, tea, coffee or mocktails.

Storage

Keep closed in a cool, dry place. Sediment is natural, so shake well. Best used within 6 months of opening.
