Golden Nectar Citrus is a saffron botanical concentrate built on sekanjebin, the ancient Iranian syrup of mint and vinegar, brightened with citrus and orange blossom. One tablespoon turns sparkling water, iced tea, coffee or a mocktail gold.

Saffron: hand-harvested, whole stigma, ground. Not an extract, not a flavouring. 2,000 mg per bottle, about 60 mg per serving.

How to use

Shake well. Mix 1 Tbsp (15 mL) with cold water, sparkling water, tea, coffee or mocktails.

Sekanjebin (Cane Sugar, Water, Red Wine Vinegar, Mint), Orange Syrup, Lemon Syrup, Orange Blossom Water, Pure Ground Saffron.

Storage

Keep closed in a cool, dry place. Sediment is natural, so shake well. Best used within 6 months of opening.
